Dental Monitoring has filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware against Get-Grin, claiming it has infringed on two patents for its DM ScanBox device.
Dental Monitoring alleges that Get-Grin infringes on U.S. Patent Nos. 11,532,079 and 11,599,997, according to the company. Dental Monitoring’s DM Scanbox is a device that remotely scans a patient's dental arch.
