Do you know which of your services have the highest profit margins and how many of each you are performing? It's important to think about the "service mix" of the practice to make sure you are targeted for a great year.

Do

Let patients know about your services. If you want to increase the utilization of a specific service, make sure every patient knows that it is available. You can use numerous methods to get the word out, ranging from a scripted sentence in a new patient phone call to the right placement on your website.

Don

Don't forget to ask for reviews. If you want to perform more of certain services, ask patients who have had good experiences with those services to leave reviews on Google.
