How to bring purpose to the pause

The coronavirus crisis is hurricane-like. We have endured the front end of the storm, and now it feels like we are in the eye. We're paused from our work, friends, and enterprise. We're waiting it out, waiting for the curve to flatten, waiting for vaccines, and waiting and hoping for the sirens to sound "all clear."

For some, this pause is like doing hard time. However, there is another way of looking at the pause. You see, after you've dealt with safety issues, then consider the purpose you can bring to the pause.

The smart use of pause time is essential. How are you and your team members looking at the pause when it comes to what you want from your business? How are you and your team members making the most of the pause so you can be prepared for the storms that are to come?
