Healthcare technology company AssureCare has launched a new dental module for its MedCompass care management platform.
The dental care management software offers providers and payors care management capabilities including the following:
- Offices can complete multiple care-planning tasks and submit dental authorizations to payors.
- The module allows users to work collaboratively with dentists to ensure a continuum of care for each patient consistent with service authorizations.
- The module allows for the creation of associated analytics for long-term and continued care.
The new module provides specific fields for tooth number, tooth surfaces, and area, along with allowing the identification of procedures by Code on Dental Procedures and Nomenclature (CDT).
The product is expected to be released in early April 2017.
