LED Medical Diagnostics, parent company of LED Dental, has raised $1.2 million for product development, inventory, and working capital through another private placement of company shares.
The transaction involved issuing 1.3 million common shares valued at $0.25 per share, according to the company.
LED previously completed a private placement of 3.35 million common shares for gross proceeds of $837,500.
