Yelp dentist must pay legal fees; Sol Silverman talks oral cancer

In January 2009, Yvonne Wong, DDS, filed a lawsuit against the parents of a young patient after the father posted a negative review of Dr. Wong on Yelp.com. But in November 2010, an appeals court dismissed all of Dr. Wong's claims, ruling that consumers can post reviews of businesses on websites such as Yelp because they "contribute to public discussion about controversial issues."

Now a judge has ordered Dr. Wong to pay the defendant's attorney fees. Click here to read more in this latest Practice Management Community story.
