Heraeus also processes patient credit card payments, fills online orders, and ships directly to patients. The process relieves the practice of inventory management and sales tax administration.

- Access to literature and email campaigns to help the practice drive patient traffic to its Web store

- Newsletters emailed to the practice with marketing tips and product offers
- Access to educational opportunities
Products available to patients through the online Venus Smile Store include Venus White Ultra prefilled whitening trays, Venus White teeth-whitening touch-up brush, Venus White whitening toothpaste, Venus Smile lip balm, and Venus Smile oral care probiotic mints.
