ImageWorks has retained Healthcare Growth Partners to assist the company in identifying and pursuing acquisitions for its veterinary, medical and dental businesses.
While ImageWorks emphasized that veterinary and dental imaging remain its primary lines of business, the company is interested in expanding its product offerings "to enhance the value provided to its customers within its domestic and international distribution channels," the company stated in a press release.
