Integrated Dental Holdings, which operates more than 250 dental practices in the U.K., has been put up for sale for 200 million pounds ($324 million), according to a story in the Daily Mail.
That is 100 million pounds ($162 million) less than Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity paid for a majority stake in the firm last year, according to the Daily Mail.
Oasis Healthcare may be interested, but sources suggest a private equity buyer is more likely, the Daily Mail reported.
