Royal Philips, manufacturer of the Philips Sonicare toothbrush, and dental service organization Aspen Dental jointly announced a partnership in which Philips Sonicare solutions will be offered at Aspen Dental's practices.
Aspen Dental clinicians will use Philips Sonicare solutions, including the Philips Sonicare ExpertClean, the Power Flosser, and its teeth whitening kits. Additionally, Aspen Dental patients can purchase products for at-home use.
Chairside education will also be emphasized in the collaboration, both companies said, with Philips introducing its Path to Health toolset. The toolset is designed to understand a patient's health goals and support patients and oral healthcare professionals jointly in optimizing a patient's health, according to the companies.
