DOVE Dental Products has unveiled DOVE Aero, a single-use device designed to reduce the movement of airborne aerosol generated by dental instruments.
The company created DOVE Aero with the current COVID-19 pandemic in mind, where the management of aerosolized droplets is crucial for patient and staff safety.
The device combines high-volume ejector suction, one-way backflow protection, and a secured saliva ejector to help mitigate the spread of airborne particles created through aerosol-generated procedures. It also features a 360° external aerosol chamber.
