Diagnostic and monitoring products manufacturer Arkray USA has introduced a new oral wellness system for dentists and hygienists.
The SiLL-Ha oral wellness system uses a saliva sample to provide clinical measurements of tooth health, gum health, and oral cleanliness. The system measures the reactivity on a test strip and provides information on the presence of bacteria, acidity, and inflammatory markers that may indicate an increased risk for caries and gum inflammation, according to Arkray.
The company is featuring the system in its booth, No. 2347, at the California Dental Association's CDA Presents 2018 meeting in Anaheim, CA.
