The Grommet, a Boston-based product launch platform, announced the U.S. release of the Humble Brush.
The toothbrush is eco-friendly, with a 100% biodegradable and sustainable bamboo handle and packaged in compostable wrapper made from 100% recycled, plant-based materials, according to Humble Brush. It features soft, colorful nylon bristles that are free of bisphenol A (BPA) and has an ergonomic grip. The brush was released in the U.K. earlier in 2015.
For each toothbrush sold, the Humble Smile Foundation will receive a toothbrush or alternative oral care to help people in need.
The Grommet has helped more than 2,000 early-stage consumer products to reach 450K customers to date, according to the firm.
