DentaQuest has donated $45,000 to support children's oral health education in greater Los Angeles.
A $30,000 grant to the GeriSmiles Dental Health Foundation will expand its Mobile Dental Hygiene Practice, which provides dental care and education to underserved communities.
A $15,000 grant to the Los Angeles Trust for Children's Health will enhance parent/caregiver education by adding nutrition and diabetes information, piloting the program in eight Los Angeles Unified School District elementary schools, DentaQuest said in a press release.
