Workers' compensation service provider MTI America has improved its dental program through a partnership with Workforce Dental Solutions.
The collaboration combines MTI's technology with Workforce Dental's experience in dental claims management. Together, they aim to provide virtual and in-person dental solutions that enhance outcomes for injured workers and reduce costs for employers and insurers, according to the companies.
New enhancements to the program include the following:
- A dedicated dental director
- Artificial intelligence-driven dental clinical management
- An expanded network of credentialed dentists with workers' compensation experience
- Virtual dentist triage and treatment plan development
- Real-time teledental injury triage
