DSO Max Surgical Specialty secures $77M in senior credit

Dental service organization (DSO) Max Surgical Specialty Management has secured a $77 million senior credit facility.

The funding will support the company's growth, focusing on new partnerships with top oral and maxillofacial surgery practices in the Northeast.

Since January 2024, the DSO has added 14 locations, 17 surgeons, and increased its staff to over 300 members.
