Dental service organization (DSO) MB2 Dental recapped major achievements in 2024.
The DSO added 108 new practices, bringing its total to over 750 across 44 states. Also, MB2 secured $2.3 billion in financing and a $525 million investment from Warburg Pincus.
The company launched MB2U, a program designed to help associate doctors transition into practice ownership. Additionally, MB2 expanded its headquarters in Carrollton, TX, with another facility planned for 2025.
The MB2 Family Foundation awarded $1,000 scholarships to students and provided over $230,000 in grants to employees facing financial hardships or natural disasters. MB2 also held its seventh annual Dental Jamaica Mission Trip, providing care to over 350 patients, according to the company.
