Dental service organization (DSO) U.S. Oral Surgery Management (USOSM) has partnered with Rollar Oral Surgery in Conway, SC.

Led by Dr. Thomas F. Rollar Jr., the practice provides oral and maxillofacial procedures, including dental implants and facial trauma reconstruction.

Currently, USOSM operates in 28 states.
