Dental service organization (DSO) Dynamic Dental Partners Group has acquired Dental Partners, a DSO that provides support to 18 dental practices in the Tennessee, Kentucky, Florida, and Georgia.
With this purchase, St. Petersburg, FL-based Dynamic Dental now provides support to more than 50 dental office locations in six states, including Virginia and Arizona.
Dental Partners' founder Todd Christie, DMD, has joined Dynamic Dental as executive vice president of development and will focus on clinical operations and acquisitions, according to the company.
Dynamic Dental is part of the portfolio of private equity firm Huron Capital.
