Qioptiq -- formerly known as Linos -- is now offering the inspect.d, the latest addition to its line of intraoral cameras. The small, slender camera head allows easy positioning even around molars, according to the company.
Ergonomically designed, the camera has "excellent image quality," thanks to highly sensitive CCD sensors and 10-bit technology, the company said. It also features autofocus, using a patented liquid lens technology. The camera's eight lenses enable distortion-free and color-aberration-free imaging for all areas of application, from tooth surface to full face, Qioptiq noted.
